The main bedroom takes a king; the second takes two singles and has its own bathroom, so nobody has to negotiate. The sitting room between them opens onto a veranda wide enough for a board game and a jug of something cold.
Children under twelve stay free in their parents' room. Cots, high chairs, bed guards and an early supper at six are all arranged when you book — tell us ages and we will have it ready before you arrive.
The lawn is on the other side of the veranda door, and the gate is a long way from it.
